Heraldic Jewelry is proudly head-quartered in the beautiful Burren region in County Clare, Ireland.

Our US offices are in Ypsilanti, Michigan and Fernandina Beach, Florida.

We have research and design operations in Spain and Poland.

What is your Return / Refund policy ?

Each piece of jewelry we create is a true one-of-a-kind, crafted just for you. Because we use individual crests specifically for your design, we can't restock these items for other customers. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns, offer refunds, or cancel orders once you have approved the final design. We’re committed to making sure your custom piece is perfect, so we’ll work closely with you every step of the way to bring your vision to life.

We stand behind our work and if you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will modify or remake it for you at no additional charge.

Do you offer resizing if my ring does not fit

Do not worry, you can order safely in the knowledge that if your ring does not fit we will resize for you free of charge.

Do you provide gift boxes for the jewelry ?

All of our jewelry pieces arrive in an elegant wooden box perfect to present as a gift to the special person in your life you have ordered for.

When will I be required to pay?

The consultation is free, and you can discuss your design with an expert as much as you want. We realize that you are creating a personal piece of jewelry that will be worn every day and our aim is to ensure we realize your vision and produce a piece of jewelry unique and personal to you. Once you have decided the style of ring you want and the type of metal we will use we will move to the design phase. A refundable payment in full is due at this stage. Production does not begin until you have approved the final proof.

You may cancel at any time prior to production and receive a full refund. There is no limit to the number of changes you can make to the proof, this is a custom piece of jewelry and we will not produce it until you are 100% satisfied with the design.
