How long will my jewelry design project take?

 

Your custom jewelry order will ship by FedEx 7 days after you approve the proof. Expect delivery approximately 2 weeks after you place an order.

  

How much does the Jewelry cost?

 

The cost of each product is dependent on the complexity of the design. Each jewelry piece is custom made to order by hand by our artisan jewelers. 

Once you start a consultation we will quickly give you a price estimate free of charge. Our jewelry pieces can start from as little as

US$275 for a pinky finger ring in Sterling Silver 

Gold jewelry starts at US$1450.

When will I be required to pay?

 

The consultation is free, and you can discuss your design with an expert as much as you want. We realize that you are creating a personal piece of jewelry that will be worn every day and our aim is to ensure we realize your vision and produce a piece of jewelry unique and personal to you. Once you have decided the style of ring you want and the type of metal we will use we will move to the design phase. A refundable payment in full is due at this stage. Production does not begin until you have approved the final proof.

You may cancel at any time prior to production and receive a full refund. There is no limit to the number of changes you can make to the proof, this is a custom piece of jewelry and we will not produce it until you are 100% satisfied with the design.

As each piece of jewelry is custom made to order it is not possible to receive a refund after you have approved the proof and your custom jewelry piece has been produced. You may receive a replacement piece of jewelry free of charge at our discretion if there has been an error in design or production.

         Worldwide shipping is by FedEx and is always free.

         You will receive an email and text message with the

         FedEx tracking number as soon as your order is completed.

        FedEx Express delivery time varies by country

        but never exceeds 7 days.

Heraldic Jewelry takes commissions for family crest rings only, this enables us to provide delivery within 2 weeks. We ship by FedEx Express and your order ships on the day it is completed.

This service is available worldwide and is included with every order at no additional cost.

We fully stand behind our custom made jewelry Should you suspect a manufacturing defect in your item, feel free to return it. If the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the item as necessary. Our products are made from only the finest materials and will last a lifetime and our warranty reflects this.
