Our research team, based in Europe, researches your family name and origin, then we send you the crest and artwork proof to approve before production begins.
The crest is the symbol above the helmet only whereas the coat of arms refers to the full armorial design. In modern times the Crest can also refer to the full design.

Once you approve your proof, we ship in about 7 days and most orders arrive in about 2 weeks from purchase.

Pricing depends on metal and complexity, Sterling Silver starts around US$350, Gold Plated around US$500, and Solid Gold from around US$2,000.
We’ll quote you clearly up front based on your design, no surprises. Custom designed pieces usually start at about US$400.
No, all fees and custom duties are included in the price you pay. No additional fees are due upon receipt.
Because each piece is made uniquely for you, we can’t refund after final approval, but we will modify or remake it if you’re not 100% satisfied.
Once production begins after approval, we can’t cancel your order but we make sure you’re confident before we craft.
Custom orders aren’t returnable after approval, but if something isn’t right we’ll make it right.
If we made the mistake, we will remake or correct it at no charge. If you made the mistake we will replace at cost price.
