Noatble bearers of the surname McDaniel include Henry Dickerson McDaniel, the 19th Century American politician. Henry was born in Monroe, Georgia on September 4th 1836 and died in Monroe on Juky 25th 1926. Henry Dickerson McDaniel was the 52nd Governer of the State of Georgia and served as Governer from 1874 to 1882.
